Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Integrations Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing, developing, and architecting our integration solutions and team. You will lead efforts to create and maintain robust integration systems that connect with multiple PMS, handling a large inventory and ensuring accurate pricing and availability sync.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage the integrations engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
● Architect and develop scalable integration solutions that connect with various Property Management Systems.
● Oversee the synchronization of inventory, pricing, and availability data.
● Ensure the reliability and efficiency of integration processes, identifying and addressing
potential issues.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations,
to deliver seamless integration experiences.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve integration
processes.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Proven experience in a senior or lead integration engineering role.
● Strong understanding of various integration systems and protocols (e.g., APIs,
webhooks, etc.).
● Experience managing and synchronizing large datasets, particularly in inventory, pricing,
and availability contexts.
● Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or similar.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization
technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.● Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
● Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
● Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
● Prior experience working with Property Management Systems.
