We are a small digital marketing agency specialising in website design and development, primarily brochure and e-commerce websites with focus on lead generation and sales. We also offer add-on services such as Facebook ads, email campaigns and branding. Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced senior web designer with a strong understanding of UX and conversion focused design to redesign 3 websites for our client. All 3 websites use the same design/layout with branding/colours and content changing on each. So the job is to design the first website and then apply the different branding/imagery to the 2 other websites.

The websites advertise products with lead gen forms on each product. The websites are laid out similar to an e-commerce website, but there is no ability to buy the products and no need for basket and checkout related pages.

The sites should be simple, with functionality as the main priority, but well branded to give the feeling of high quality and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in web design, be proficient in the Adobe Suite, and/or Figma, and be capable of managing projects from brief to completion with minimal supervision. Please note, this is a design role, not a developer position and no development skills are required for this role.

Responsibilities
– Work with management to create a UX/conversion optimised wireframe
– Design all elements of the website including UI, banners, graphics in XD or Figma – staying close to the brand guideline documents provided.
– Ensure designs meet modern design standards, UX principles, and conversion optimisation best practices.
– Communicate directly with clients to gather briefs and feedback.
– Collaborate with management to ensure designs align with client expectations and agency standards.
– Use Asana and Slack for project management and communication.
– Deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

Requirements
– Proven experience as a Senior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects or a similar style and standard.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
– Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion optimisation.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Experience working directly with clients and managing projects from brief to completion.
– Ability to work with a good crossover of UK working hours.

Hiring Process
