I am hiring a replacement for a developer that is an expert with backend and front end coding, AWS and Android.  I am porting code in Java , php, c to c++.  We are developing native android libraries from the existing code.  We have an existing developer that understands algorithms and NSK, which is important to port — we are retaining this developer.  I am looking for someone to replace an existing lead developer that has personal issues and is willing to help the new developer get up to speed.  The job is complex and requires understanding multiple languages, mutliple platforms, encryption based coding, AI.  For those that will move forward in the selection process, you will need to sign nda.  This job is for a single developer and not an agency.  This job, initially, is less than full time work and, for the most past, I work by project milestones and not by the hour.
