Utilize Fusion 360 to create detailed technical drawings and models.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop innovative and practical designs.
Optimize designs for laser cutting, considering factors such as material thickness, kerf, and assembly methods.
Create assembly instructions and documentation to support the production process.
Conduct prototyping and testing to ensure design feasibility and durability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in laser cutting and 3D design.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Laser Cut File Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
Proficiency in Fusion 360 and other CAD software.
Strong understanding of laser cutting processes and techniques.
Ability to design complex 3D shapes from 2D files.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of different materials used in laser cutting, such as wood, acrylic, and metal.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Hourly Range: $5.00-$16.00
