The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) chief Rafael Grossi visited a nuclear power plant in Russia’s Kursk region, amid heavy fighting between Russian troops and Ukrainian forces. Grossi warned of ‘serious consequences’ in case of another impact on the facility. The UN watchdog chief visited Kursk NPP after Russia accused Ukraine of targeting the facility earlier with drones.
