Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM) Expert to help them maintain and develop their code base which is being shared across platforms using Kotlin Multiplatform. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and passion working with KMM on multiple platforms including (but not limited to) Android, iOS, and Backend. They should also be a great communicator who works well with a lot of autonomy given.

Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform applications using Kotlin Multiplatform, ensuring the highest quality, performance, and maintainability.
Implement efficient data exchange and communication with server-side APIs to ensure smooth and reliable application performance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for various platforms, addressing platform-specific challenges and ensuring a consistent user experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Kotlin Multiplatform and cross-platform development best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience working with Kotlin Multiplatform
A strong portfolio of Kotlin Multiplatform projects demonstrating proficiency on Android, iOS, and Backend platforms.
Proficiency in  platform-specific development tools and guidelines for Android, iOS, and Backend.
Familiarity with mobile app architecture and design patterns.
Proficiency in API calling and communication with server-side services.
