Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Virtual Assistant and WordPress Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks related to WordPress, particularly using the Divi theme. This position requires a mix of virtual assistant duties and junior full-stack development tasks. The successful candidate will be dependable, honest, positive, and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– FULL WordPress Management:
– Create and publish new pages.
– Customize and maintain the website using the Divi theme.
– Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
– Updating seo blogs
– Optimizing images
– Assist with website optimization and performance improvements.
– Web speed testing
– Technically you need to know WordPress inside out with a base knowledge of SEO
Requirements:
– Proven experience with WordPress, particularly the Divi theme.
– Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Strong understanding of website management and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
– Dependable and honest with a positive outlook.
– Strong communication skills.
Availability to work from 10 am CDT – 6 pm CDT, 5 days a week, with Sunday and Monday off.
Experience with other content management systems or website builders.
Graphic design skills for creating custom graphics.
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
