We are looking for a proficient SQL and Azure Database Specialist on a freelance basis to contribute to our DermSmart project. This innovative AI-based solution aims to diagnose skin conditions accurately. The project’s core is to automate the matching process of patient questionnaire responses with an existing treatment database for about 20 different treatments, each influenced by 10 variables.

Scope of Work:

• Efficiently migrate and structure an existing Excel-based treatment database into a robust, scalable SQL database on Azure.
• Design and implement a sophisticated algorithm or stored procedure capable of handling complex data matching, considering multiple variables (10 per treatment) for about 20 different treatments.
• Assure precise and reliable output of recommended treatments based on individual patient responses, catering to a variety of diagnosis scenarios.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in SQL database management and Azure platform.
• Strong background in handling complex data migration, transformation, and algorithm development.
• Experience in managing multifaceted data sets and producing accurate output based on multiple variables.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work methodically.
• Strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration.

Project Duration & Compensation:

• This project is freelance and short-term, with the duration contingent on the scope of work (please indicate your estimated time frame based on the project requirements).
