About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chatbot Developer to create a highly interactive and effective chatbot for our catering service’s website. The chatbot will be a pivotal tool in engaging our clients, guiding them through various inquiries, and facilitating the booking of appointments with our sales representatives. This role requires a deep understanding of chatbot development, training, and deployment, as well as a proven track record of implementing successful chatbot solutions in a customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop a chatbot tailored to the needs of a wedding planning and catering service.
Ensure the chatbot effectively guides users through inquiries related to our services.
Implement natural language processing techniques to maintain conversation context and focus.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to integrate the chatbot seamlessly into the appointment booking process.
Continuously test, refine, and update the chatbot to enhance user experience and efficiency.

Requirements:
