We are planing to replace Atlassian with YouTrack, especially in the Helpdesk Support area. Therefor we have a few requirements for customization of our Cloud-based YouTrack config. There might be several smaller steps we need to accomplish, one by one. A few examples:
* We are looking for a way to import a full set of users like from csv. to YouTrack, probably via REST Api. These users wold need to have emial-address already verified, preferable user type should be set to reporter etc. At the end of this task the users shall be able to login via AzureAD SAML auth. This is posible to be done manually, but we’d like to do it automated since it’s about 500 users.
* I already have a prepared script (got it from YouTrack support) which should, cron-job based, query AzureAD for user attribute Manager 8thsi is not a direct user attribute, but referred from somewhere else…) But due to my lack of JS skills I am not managing to make it work as a workflow.
* we’d like to alter some helpdesk tickets summary (title), in order to rename it based of some provided information from mandatory fields on ticket creation. Should be achieved either at ticket creation time, or at a later given time, by a workflow.

These are just a few examples for the moment, there are several other topics on the agenda, but this would be it for a start. If collaboration works well, we plan a long-term relationship. We are a Facility Management company based in Munich, with about 8000 employees. 500 of them are white-collar staff with PC etc. there is a high demand for several development-related tasks, while knowledge in this matter is almost none existent on-site.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$35.00
