This small service reads events from a Kafka queue and streams them into Esper (a CEP engine). The API manages the analysis statements (EPL) that Esper runs and start/stop new instances to deal with different Kafka topics etc.

The events that Esper outputs are streamed back to Kafka, and the results of long-running aggregators (Continuous computations) are available over WebSockets and API.

Consumer + Esper setup/config is stored in Postgres.

Prior knowledge of Esper is optional but would be helpful.
This is a Java Spring Boot project.
