External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar welcomed his neighbouring counterparts at the BIMSTEC Foreign Ministers’ Retreat in the national capital. Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) is a grouping of seven countries – India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Myanmar and Thailand.
