We are looking for an IT Operations Lead for eCommerce solutions to join our client’s team in Stockholm. You will be responsible for overseeing the IT operations for their new ecommerce solution, which is based on composable architecture on the cloud. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and applications, optimize cloud solutions, implement and maintain IT security best practices, monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and develop disaster recovery plans. You will also stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

•  Previous experience in working with ecommerce solutions for large enterprises.

•  Proven experience in MLOps.

•  Proven experience in IT operations, with a focus on cloud / ecommerce solutions.

•  Strong hands-on expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

•  Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

•  In-depth knowledge of IT security protocols and practices.

•  Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

•  Experience in ITIL principles Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management

•  Expert in Problem control activities like prioritization, investigation, root cause analysis, and documenting known errors and finding workaround

•  Expert in automation to reduce the manual tasks

•  Good communication skills and passion for providing stable operations.

This is a 6-month project that requires EU citizenship and experience with the automotive industry. You should either be living in Sweden or be prepared to make business trips to Sweden as required by the work.
