On the third day of the biggest Israeli raids in the West Bank in years, the Israeli military killed the military chief of Hamas in Jenin, Wassem Hazem, in a strike on August 30. The IDF said this operation was a joint effort by the IDF, ISA, and Israel Border Police, taking place in northern Samaria. Hazem was in his vehicle when he was killed, IDF reported. Watch for more.
