Russia has accused the members of ISIS-K of coordinating the Mosocw’s Crocus city hall attack that killed over 140 people. The claim was made by Alexander Bortnikov, chief of Russia’s security service FSB. This is the first time that Russia has sought to pin the blame on the Islamic state. Watch for more.
