Iran is expanding its war strategy beyond pure military targets, striking Israeli telecom and industrial hubs in a bid to trigger a communications blackout and deepen the country’s food and economic crisis. The latest “Wave 88” of Iran’s Operation True Promise 4 reportedly hit facilities linked to Siemens and AT&T near Ben Gurion Airport and in Haifa, aiming at software, cloud and A.I. networks that support Israeli military and economic infrastructure. At the same time, earlier missile debris damage at pesticide maker Adama, plus attacks on the vital Haifa port that handles most of Israel’s food imports, are fuelling fears that Tehran is now methodically targeting food, energy and communication lifelines.
