Iran has told the United States via Qatar against any new strike by Israel in response to its October 1 missile blitz. An Iranian official told Al Jazeera that an Israeli attack against Iran would meet an “unconventional response” that includes targeting Israeli infrastructure. The Iranian official, however, also stressed that Tehran does not want a regional war.
