Iran’s IRGC is claiming it struck six U.S. tactical vessels in the Persian Gulf during the 84th wave of Operation True Promise 4, saying the attack hit American landing craft utility vessels and killed a large number of U.S. personnel. Iranian state-linked reporting says three of the vessels sank, the others caught fire, and kamikaze drones were also used against U.S. drone-unit personnel positions.
