Description: We are seeking a skilled iOS app developer to create a comprehensive mobile application tailored for a neurologist. The primary goal of this project is to enhance communication and interaction between doctors, secretaries, and patients while prioritizing the security and confidentiality of health information. The app will serve as a valuable tool to facilitate patient care, appointment management, educational content sharing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with our team to develop an iOS app with potential for future multi-platform expansion.
• Create a user-friendly interface accommodating three user types: doctors, secretaries, and patients.
• Develop features enabling patients to access a personalized feed containing posts, texts, articles, and videos from their neurologist.
• Implement appointment scheduling, history tracking, and access to past medical encounter details, including take-home messages and examination orders.
• Enable patients to request prescriptions and medical reports from their neurologist.
• Design the app to be adaptable for additional healthcare professionals in the future, allowing users to select and access feeds from different professionals.
• Implement functionality for professionals to maintain their curriculum vitae (CV) and update recent courses and professional achievements.
• Develop a notification system for patients to receive alerts and reminders about their appointments and enable them to book and confirm appointments.
• Create special functionalities for the neurologist, such as a diary for tracking seizures and migraines.
• Provide a blog-like platform for professionals to create and edit texts and articles.
• Ensure the app functions as a personalized social media platform connecting doctors and their patients.
• Adhere to intellectual property rights agreements and process payments through the Upwork platform.
• Collaborate with our team on UI design, which is currently in progress.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in iOS app development, preferably with a portfolio showcasing similar projects.
• Proficiency in Swift and iOS development tools.
• Familiarity with multi-user app architecture, user authentication, and real-time chat functionality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to understand project requirements and provide updates.
• Experience handling intellectual property rights and contract-based work.

Additional Information:
• The project will be conducted on a fixed-price basis, with milestones established in advance.
• The developer will be required to sign a contract specifying intellectual property rights and payment terms.
• The security of the system is of utmost importance due to the handling of sensitive health information. The app will ensure compliance with the LGPD law, and patients will agree to the terms at the beginning of the app for each professional.
• We kindly request that all code, materials, and work related to the project be delivered to us at the conclusion of the project, and intellectual property rights for the project will be retained by the party funding the project, not the freelancer.
