We are seeking a skilled iOS/Android App Developer to design and build a robust mobile application. This app will enable users to download, register with personal details, and utilize barcode scanning to register purchased products and accumulate points. Users will progress through tier statuses based on points collected and can share the app and add friends to follow each other’s tier status.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **App Development:**
   – Design and develop a user-friendly mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms.
   – Implement functionality for users to register with their phone number, email, address, and other personal information.

2. **Barcode Scanning:**
   – Integrate barcode scanning functionality for users to register purchased products.
   – Ensure the scanned data updates the user’s profile and accumulates points accordingly.

3. **Points and Tier System:**
   – Develop a points accumulation system based on registered purchases.
   – Implement a tier system with four grades: Private, Captain, Lieutenant, and General.
   – Ensure the user’s tier status updates automatically as points are collected.

4. **User Registration and Profile Management:**
   – Enable secure user registration and profile management.
   – Ensure data privacy and security for all personal information collected.

5. **App Sharing and Social Features:**
   – Create a feature for easy sharing of the app via various platforms.
   – Develop functionality for users to add friends and follow each other’s tier status.

6. **Testing and Quality Assurance:**
   – Conduct thorough testing of the app to ensure it is bug-free and performs optimally.
   – Implement user feedback mechanisms and iterate on the app to improve functionality.

7. **Deployment and Maintenance:**
   – Deploy the app on the App Store and Google Play Store.
   – Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the app, including updates and new feature implementations.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in developing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
– Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, Java, and relevant frameworks.
– Experience with barcode scanning integration and implementing reward systems.
– Familiarity with app deployment processes on App Store and Google Play Store.
– Strong understanding of data privacy and security principles.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

– Previous experience in developing apps with social sharing and friend-following functionalities.
– Experience in implementing tier-based reward systems.
– Knowledge of backend development and database management.

Hourly Range: $18.00-$36.00
