Job Description:

As our company expands its services, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Interior Design Software Programmer with E-commerce Integration Experience. In this role, you will play a key role in the development of an interactive platform that allows our clients to visualize their office space pre-installation of technology and seamlessly integrate e-commerce functionality for hardware procurement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to understand client requirements, objectives, and technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough research and evaluation of available open source design software suitable for our project’s needs.
• Customize and develop the chosen software to create a user-friendly and intuitive platform for clients to interact with.
• Integrate e-commerce functionality seamlessly into the platform, enabling clients to build a shopping cart based on their customized floor plan.
• Test the platform extensively to ensure optimal performance, usability, and compatibility across different devices and browsers.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and updates to the platform as needed, incorporating feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C++.
• Demonstrated experience working with interior design software and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of 2D and 3D digital space concepts, including rendering and visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with open source software development, customization, and version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience working on projects related to interior design, architecture, or construction.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry or experience working with medical/dental/veterinary clients.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant projects or experience, including software development, UI/UX design, and e-commerce integration.
