We’re in search of a skilled Intercom specialist to help with our migration to Intercom. you’ll focus on crafting efficient workflows for chat, email, and internal communication channels, with the aim of reducing first response time, time to close, and implementing check-in automations. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for configuring AI features and handling basic tasks such as reformatting and indexing support content.

Responsibilities:
– Configure AI features within Intercom to facilitate intelligent responses and enhance support capabilities.
– Design and deploy check-in automations
– Implement strategic routing rules and automations based on provided requirements.
– Format articles and content within Intercom using provided templates for improved readability and accessibility.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in building workflows within Intercom for customer service teams. Prior experience in building workflows for SaaS customer service a plus.
– Strong understanding of Intercom’s features and capabilities, particularly in workflow automation and routing.
– Experience in Intercom migration projects
– Attention to detail and accuracy in implementing workflows and formatting content.
