We are looking for an experienced developer to integrate various functionalities into our booking platform through APIs. The key components of this integration include connecting to Guesty and Stripe, defining and integrating a screening software, and automating messages and processes related to booking confirmations and guest registrations.
Job Responsibilities:
Connection to Guesty and Stripe: Integrate APIs to establish seamless connections with Guesty and Stripe for booking management and payment processing.
Integration of Screening Software: Define and integrate a screening software to verify guest information and ensure compliance with our policies.
Automated Messages: Develop an automated messaging system to send messages immediately after booking confirmation. Messages should include links for guest registration in Guesty and credit card registration for deposits.
Reservation Information: Implement functionality to download reservation details from Guesty and payment information from Stripe.
Credit Card Processing: Integrate APIs to hold deposits through Stripe and verify card details, including name and billing address.
Reporting: Set up reporting mechanisms in Guesty to report booking status and flags, such as red flags indicating potential issues.
Background Checks: Download background reports and verify potential flags related to guest age, purpose of stay, and home location.
Risk Measurement: Develop a formula to measure the level of risk associated with guests based on various factors.
Email Notifications: Send registration emails upon successful completion of background checks and cancellation request messages to guests if flags are confirmed.
Requirements:
Proficiency in integrating APIs, particularly with Guesty and Stripe.
Experience with defining and integrating screening software.
Strong knowledge of automated messaging systems and process automation.
Familiarity with reservation management and payment processing.
Ability to develop reporting mechanisms and risk assessment formulas.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
