We are looking for an API integration expert who can rapidly build 50+ integrations between Synup and 3rd party SaaS applications on Pathfix.

Integration scope

There are 50+ apps in scope for the integration.  (refer attachment for the complete list)
Integrations in scope are
1. CRMs
2. Customer data platforms (any platform that holds customer data such as Copper CRM)
3. Payment processing applications (Stripe, Paypal etc.)
4. Accounting systems (Quickbooks etc.)
5. Email systems (AWeber, Campaign Monitor etc.)

Integration methodology

1// Quickly go through API documentation of each SaaS application (e.g., Freshbooks), identify the requirements for creating integration between Synup & the SaaS application using Pathfix. Sample integration video shall be made available to the shortlisted party.
2// On Pathfix, connect Synup with 3rd party SaaS applications via OAuth. Call API endpoints with the OAuth Platform.
3// Fetch specific fields from the 3rd part apps are: Name, Email, Phone no., customer type (lead, customer, etc.).  You should be able to refer to the API documents of the respective apps to build the integration.
4// Carry out automations using the API integration
    a. Fetch all contacts from the 3rd party CRM/application based on limits set in the descending order (e.g.: fetch only 1000 records with latest record fetched first)
    b. Fetch contacts for the given dates based on the limit in the descending order
    c. Fetch new contacts daily in the descending order
    d. Convert each of the output in standard format (will be shared with shortlisted partner)

Core requirements

1. Experience of working with tools like Pathfix, Prismatic, Workato  etc. would be a plus (not mandatory)
2. Experienced in using APIs to integrate with SaaS CRMs such as Salesforce, ZohoCRM, etc.
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

SHOULD BE ABLE TO INTEGRATE two 2 apps every day (target completion 25 days for 50 apps)

Daily Follow-Up:

– Be available for daily communication and follow-up to ensure project progress and address any issues.
