We need to create integration between the 3CX phone system and the Bromcom CRM platform.

3CX has a CRM Integration wizard:

Bromcom has documentation about using their API, which we can provide access to:
https://docs.bromcom.com/knowledge-base/partner-portal-rest-apis/

We unfortunately do not have the in-house skills to make this happen.
The integration just needs the phone system to be able to query certain information from the CRM
