Project scope: Develop mobile app for our existing incident reporting. App will use our Rego HSEQ system backend API to communicate with the main platform running on Azure. App needs to be able to work also offline (store report to mobile device when network not ok – and then send stored reports to backend when network is ok).

Target is mobile phones (iOS+Android). Should also be able to help us on publishing app to Apple store and Play.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
