The Trump-Netanyahu 20-point Gaza plan envisions an immediate halt to fighting, the release of all hostages and prisoners, expansive humanitarian aid, and offers amnesty or safe passage to Hamas members willing to accept peace. Hamas has conditionally agreed to the proposal, opening the door for transformative regional diplomacy.
