Owner of a coaching and science writing business needing help to develop a streamlined web strategy.

The current plan is to improve on what we already have:
– Website is already built on Tilda, needs improving
– Email list management needs setting up. We already use Zoho for email, so the most straightforward option seems like Zoho CRM.
– A monthly newsletter on Substack
– Events on EventBrite
– Booking on Calendly

Need:
– Integrate the above systems
– Set up email and web traffic strategy for lead generation
– Improve website visually – would like to
– CRM system setup
– Payments system

Bonus: Set up and integrate IG and WeChat community with what is described above. Website would like to these communities

Future: Would like to offer online courses – would like system setup for that as well

Would like to have the majority of this set up by March 22, 2024

How we’ll work together:
– If interested, please send me your proposal. I will share links to the website and newsletter and welcome your advice on the approach.
– You will work directly with me on a small, defined task. If that goes well and both parties are interested and able, we can extend the collaboration.
– Clear and timely communication are extremely important to me, as well as setting realistic expectations for timeline and scope of work.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$15.00
