Job Description:
The HubSpot Integration Specialist will be responsible for integrating HubSpot with various systems and platforms to streamline our scheduling processes and automate key functions. This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot’s API, workflows, and functionality. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM management, marketing automation, and data integration, particularly within the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:
– Design, implement, and manage integrations between HubSpot and other software systems to streamline scheduling processes.
– Customize and optimize HubSpot workflows to automate key transportation and logistics functions.
– Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and IT teams to identify integration requirements.
– Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow.
– Maintain and update integration documentation and best practices.
– Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated platforms.
– Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot functionality and integrations.

Requirements:
– Proven experience with HubSpot CRM and its integration capabilities.
– Strong understanding of HubSpot API and other relevant APIs.
– Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
– Proficient in using integration tools such as Zapier, Integromat, or similar.
– Knowledge of coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar is a plus.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
– HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CMS for Developers, HubSpot Marketing Software).
– Experience with SQL and database management.
– Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software.
– Knowledge of scheduling and dispatching processes within the transportation industry.
