Has supported in created CRM processes from scratch for lead generation purposes and tech support; and will be able to provide ideas and solutions to our needs.
We should be able to just advise you the basics of what we need and you should be able to provide us tons of alternatives. This includes UX/UI experience for sales agents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop from scratch and maintain HubSpot CRM for sales (lead gen) and tech support, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
2. Integrate third-party systems with HubSpot using APIs and webhooks, ensuring seamless data flow (example: Shopify draft orders integrations and generate payment links from Shopify that will be available and accessible within a hubspot deal for the sales agent to pull)
3. Have a well understanding about hubspot tracking for paid ads campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads., and other alternative paid ads channel like Pinterest or Quora We require someone really knowledgeable, not someone that will just tell us that they will toggle ON the integration (we already have this enable) or to add the hubspot header code (we already have this). What we are currently seeing is that not even with UTMs, the sales are being attributed to the right PPC platform.
4. Provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot usage and best practices.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL.
2. Strong knowledge of HubSpot’s CMS, CRM, and paid ads tracking used for lead gen.
3. Experience with API integration and webhook implementation.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
5. Availability to work on EST/CST time zone.
Hourly Range: $10.00-$20.00
