I am looking for someone to prototype a mobile app using HTML and JS. It will be an app similar to flip.shop. No design is needed, just plain black and white. Nothing needs to be functional, but it needs to be faked up to look like you create a profile, look like you can upload a video, and look like you can scroll through videos. It just needs to be playable with in a browser offline, or one a simple server. No databases or real functionality needed.

Hourly Range: $5.00-$10.00
