Lebanon-based Hezbollah militant group launched a series of operations against Israeli forces and military sites on October 3. Hezbollah targeted Israeli soldiers with rockets and explosive devices and rocket launches at Israeli military sites and settlements across northern Israel. The militants also thwarted Israeli forces’ attempts to infiltrate Lebanese territory.
