An IDF reservist was killed and nine other Israeli soldiers were wounded in southern Lebanon on April 18 after an explosive device hit their unit during operations, according to The Times of Israel. The military identified the slain soldier as Sgt. First Class (res.) Lidor Porat, 31, of the 769th “Hiram” Regional Brigade’s 7106th Battalion from Ashdod, and said one of the wounded troops is in serious condition.
