I would need help with an old WordPress website. I run a small journal and we were using very old versions of WordPress and php. When we tried to update WordPress, the site crashed and the website and WordPress dashboard are not accessible now. We do have a backup file (tar.gz) but weren’t able to restore the site using cPanel.
