Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Design Company combined with a Business Analyst to join our project. Our goal is to develop an app with a user-centric design, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. We require comprehensive requirement gathering, clear documentation, and detailed designs for each feature and page within the app.

Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews, surveys, and analysis to gather all necessary requirements from stakeholders and potential users. You will be responsible for identifying and documenting the functional and non-functional requirements of the app.

UI/UX Design: Create detailed UI/UX designs that include wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for each feature and page of the app. Your designs should be focused on ease of use, accessibility, and engaging user experience.

Documentation: Develop clear and comprehensive documentation for all features and designs, including design rationale, user journeys, and interactions. Documentation should be organized and detailed, suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Feedback Incorporation: Implement a structured process for collecting feedback on the designs from stakeholders and potential users, and iterate on the designs accordingly.

Collaboration: Work closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure the designs and requirements are fully understood and correctly implemented.

Project Management: Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure timely delivery of all UI/UX deliverables.

Requirements:
Proven experience in UI/UX design and business analysis, with a strong portfolio showcasing comprehensive app projects.
Expertise in requirement gathering techniques and documentation.
Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience in managing feedback and iterating on designs based on user and stakeholder input.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
