Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Gamification Specialist to join our team at NEURO Academy. Our mission is to motivate users towards healthier brain activities and lifestyles through a comprehensive digital platform. The ideal candidate will design and implement a dynamic token, reward, and badge system that bridges our NEURO Academy online community with the NEURO app, creating an integrated ecosystem that promotes engagement, personal achievement, and community participation.

Responsibilities:

System Design: Develop a unified reward ecosystem that integrates seamlessly between the NEURO Academy and the NEURO app, enhancing user engagement across both platforms.
Personalization and Community Engagement: Craft personalized reward paths that cater to individual user goals, progress, and interests, while fostering a sense of community achievement and belonging.
Real-World Value: Ensure the rewards offer tangible benefits, encouraging continuous participation and adherence to NEURO principles.
Transparency: Create a system where users can easily track their progress and understand the criteria for earning rewards.
Collaboration: Work closely with wellness brands, local businesses, and online platforms to secure a variety of real-life rewards that appeal to our diverse user base.
AI Integration: Coordinate with the AI team to ensure activities are tracked accurately and rewards are allocated based on user engagement and achievements.
Feedback Loop: Implement a mechanism for user feedback on rewards, challenges, and activities, allowing for a dynamic and user-driven ecosystem.
Requirements:

Proven experience in gamification design and implementation, preferably within health, wellness, or fitness apps.
Strong understanding of motivational psychology and user engagement strategies.
Ability to design visually appealing badges, tokens, and levels that resonate with a diverse audience.
Experience with AI-driven systems and data analytics to tailor user experiences.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage partnerships.
Knowledge of health and wellness trends, and a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles.
Familiarity with data protection regulations and ensuring user privacy and security within the app environment.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$45.00
