Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and take ownership of design style for our clients in professional services. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences and visually stunning interfaces that resonate with our clients’ target audience.

Responsibilities:

Own Design Style: Develop and maintain a cohesive design style for our clients in professional services, ensuring consistency across all branding materials and digital platforms.

UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications, incorporating best practices in UI/UX design principles.

Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their design needs, requirements, and brand identity, translating them into captivating design solutions that align with their goals.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders, iterating designs based on insights and usability testing.

Brand Alignment: Ensure that all design assets align with the clients’ brand guidelines, maintaining brand consistency and integrity throughout the design process.

Research and Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance our design offerings and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and a deep understanding of design principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and responsive design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to clients and team members.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Experience working with clients in professional services or similar industries is a plus.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$30.00
