We are looking for a skilled WordPress developer with extensive experience in Gravity Forms to troubleshoot and resolve an issue we are experiencing with one of our forms. Our website hosts a critical form used for processing applications. Currently, we encounter a problem where, after a client completes a payment, the form entry status remains at "processing" instead of updating to "Paid." This issue is impacting our workflow and client experience, and we need a professional to address it promptly.

Responsibilities:

    Review and diagnose the issue where form entries do not update to "Paid" status after payment is processed.
    Implement a solution to ensure that once a payment is completed, the form entry status automatically updates to "Paid."
    Test the solution across various scenarios to ensure reliability and stability.
    Provide documentation on the changes made for future reference and maintenance.
