The goal is to scrape news stories from specific websites (these will be provided but the architecture should be able to adapt to any website), summarize and categorize them using AI, and format these summaries into a newsletter that gets sent out daily. The newsletter will include the article headlines, summaries, article categorizations, and a link to the original article if the reader wants to read further. I want as much of the process to be automated as possible.

I am planning to use GPT AI API, Zapier, Airtable, a web scraper of some sort, and Mailchimp. However I am open to suggestions from experts on what software would best fit the needs of this project.

I have an architecture description and diagram that will be shared during further conversations.

The three person team is well versed in AI, software, and automation. We are seeking help because we do not have bandwidth to execute this project ourselves.
