Objective:
We are seeking a highly skilled Google Shopping Ads expert to optimize our existing Standard Google Shopping campaign, which uses manual bidding. Our goal is to improve our campaign’s overall performance by increasing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), enhancing product visibility, and reducing wasted spend.

Scope of Work:
Campaign Audit:
Conduct a thorough audit of our current Standard Google Shopping campaign.
Identify areas for improvement in bid strategies, product feed optimization, and overall campaign structure.
Manual Bidding Optimization:
Review and refine our manual bidding strategy to ensure we are maximizing visibility for high-converting products.
Implement bid adjustments based on product performance, device, location, and other relevant factors.
Adjust bids to improve impression share while controlling costs.
Product Feed Optimization:
Ensure product titles, descriptions, and other attributes are optimized for relevancy and visibility.
Identify and fix any issues in the product feed that might be affecting performance.
Negative Keywords:
Analyze search terms and add negative keywords to reduce irrelevant traffic.
Continuously refine the negative keyword list to improve campaign efficiency.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Set up appropriate tracking to monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Competitor Analysis:
Conduct a competitor analysis to identify opportunities where we can outbid or outmaneuver competitors in the Shopping ads auction.
Ongoing Optimization:
Continuously monitor the campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
