The solution will be a Google Sheet html-sidebar. The sidebar will have multiple tabs that contain either settings for Google Translate or OpenAI (prompt).
Once settings have been defined, I will run the script for each tab independently, however, I also have a tab that allows me to select multiple scripts to loop through (automate).
While the scripts will run at a row/cell level, it should loop through all the rows if there is text in the reference cell.

I have 3 tabs (steps) with different settings/scripts and 1 tab to select with tabs to automate.
Tab 1 (Google translate text from previous column if current cell is empty / If current cell is not empty then send text to OpenAI and follow prompt)
Tabs 2-3 Send text from 2 cells to OpenAI and follow prompt
Tab 4 Automate (loop through) steps/tabs 1-4 after each step is finished
