Are you another geek who thrives on tech jargon and loves diving deep into HighLevel (GHL) systems? We’re seeking a HighLevel Expert to join our team and collaborate closely with our tech-savvy crew. Your primary focus will be setting up Practice Accounts with a focus on HIPAA compliance and streamlining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all our locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **HighLevel Automation:** Be the wizard behind the curtain, ensuring that our workflows are optimized and automated to perfection. Your expertise will allow us to find workarounds within HighLevel’s native workflow, minimizing reliance on external tools like Make or Zapier.
  
– **Workflow Strategy:** Know when to deploy a mega-complex workflow and when a simpler solution will suffice. Your keen eye for efficiency will streamline our processes and enhance productivity.
  
– **A2P Registration:** Utilize your experience with Twilio to register our agency for A2P messaging, ensuring seamless communication channels.
  
– **DNS Management:** Take charge of setting up dedicated domains for each location within our agency using Mailgun, ensuring smooth email delivery and brand consistency.
  
– **UTM Parameter Mastery:** Harness the power of UTM parameters, seamlessly passing information between third-party platforms and HighLevel to optimize our marketing efforts.
  
– **Funnels Expertise:** Build and migrate funnels from platforms like Weebly and WordPress to HighLevel, ensuring a seamless transition and optimized user experience.
  
– **Marketers Toolkit:** Dive into HighLevel’s Marketers Toolkit, leveraging its features to their fullest potential to drive results and conversions.
  
– **Collaborative Availability:** Be available to work side-by-side with our team from 10am to 2pm ET, providing guidance, support, and expertise as needed.

**Additional Skills (Not Required but a Plus):**

– **CSS & JS:** Experience in CSS and JavaScript would be advantageous, allowing for further customization and enhancement of our HighLevel setup.

**Qualifications:**

– Previous experience as a HighLevel Expert or similar role, with a focus on Practice Account setup and SOP streamlining.
  
– In-depth knowledge of HighLevel systems, workflows, and technical jargon.
  
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to find creative solutions.
  
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  
– Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive collective success.
