We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who has experience with Ghost CMS.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, MySQL, and Nginx. The developer will be responsible for implementing updates and enhancements to our platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.

Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and maintain web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and frameworks/libraries such as Express.js.
– Update/Manage databases using MySQL, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
– Work on the front-end to create responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
– Configure and manage web servers using Nginx, including setting up reverse proxies, SSL certificates, and caching strategies to optimize performance.
– Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment, including unit and integration testing.
– Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and scalability.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
– Strong proficiency in JavaScript, both front-end and back-end (Node.js), with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and event-driven programming.
– Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, React, Vue.js, or Angular).
Proficient in database design and management with MySQL, including experience with ORM frameworks.
– Experience configuring and managing Nginx web servers.
– Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., Git), testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha), and deployment strategies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Additional Skills:
– Must have Experience with the Ghost CMS platform.
– Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Hourly Range: $10.00-$15.00
