We need to auto generate the attached PDF document with PHP. The text and images need to be added to the PHP file and it needs to generate the PDF with the provided text and images of the PHP file.

The final generated PDF document needs to be in same design of the attached PDF. Please mention if there is any limitation regarding design of the PDF. I am open to suggestions and changes.
