We’re expanding and need an awesome Figma Designer to join our team.

We want someone who’s looking to become an ’embedded resource’ and grow with us. We have a mix of custom projects we receive on a weekly basis and our own SaaS solutions, so there’s plenty of exciting work to be done.

Here’s what the role involves:

– Translate Client Calls into Visual Designs: You’ll be taking recordings of client calls where they explain what they want to build, and turning those ideas into visual designs. These designs will help our engineering team understand what success looks like from the get-go.

More importantly, it will help us give clients something rough they can ‘hold and feel’ so they can better visualize building the tool.

– Quick Turnaround on Mockups: I need someone who can quickly create functional mockups, usually within 24-72 hours. These don’t need to be super fancy, but they do need to be clear and actionable so we can say, “Hey, does this make sense? Is this what you were expecting?”

– Adaptable to Various Projects: We’re working on a range of projects, from custom client work to our own SaaS solutions. You should be comfortable jumping between different types of projects and staying organized.
