Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement full-stack solutions, focusing on Generative AI projects at Alethea.ai.
2. Conduct expert-level manual testing and debugging tasks across various applications and platforms.
3. Test conversational AI models, including building datasets and ensuring their accuracy and functionality.
4. Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using Next.js, React.js, Redux, and SPA state management.
5. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
6. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a full-stack developer, with a focus on Generative AI projects.
3. Expert-level proficiency in manual testing, bug tracking, and debugging techniques.
4. Strong knowledge of Next.js, React.js, Redux, Redux Toolkit, and SPA state management.
5. Proficiency in JavaScript/ES6, Material UI, HTML, and CSS, with a keen eye for detail in web design and development.
6. Demonstrated eagerness to contribute to product development and innovation at Alethea.ai.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
8. Prior experience working with conversational AI models and building datasets is a plus.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$35.00
