– Manually test websites on Mac and Windows in browsers (Safari,Chrome, Firefox and Edge)  and mobile devices (iOS – iphone and ipad and android) to ensure functional acceptance criteria are met and logic, error handling, and system workflows are working as expected

– Develop and maintain our automated test suite standards and frameworks within Ghost Inspector

– You will work with the developers to explain issues via screenshots, screencasts, and text descriptions during the product development cycle while finding and offering solutions, enhancements, and updates when a product fails to meet standards.

– You will also need to ensure that the final design that was implemented by the developer matches with the original design. You will be responsible for ensuring that the final Website is ready to deliver to the client.

– Triage bug reports and support in creating bug tickets in click up

Qualities we look for:

-Detail oriented

-Able to learn new software platforms

-Able to create test plans

-Able to use testing tools such as Ghost Inspector

-Very familiar with multiple devices, android, ios, phones, tablets, web browsers, etc

-Must be able to work well with developers

-Must be good with written and verbal communication

-Must be fluent in english

-Cannot subcontract out work (zero tolerance), work must be done by the individual we hire.

-Work under pressure with quick turnaround time

-Must be familiar with Figma to compare design

-Can work independently.

We are looking for someone who is able to work 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM  Eastern  Standard Time, Monday to Friday 8 hours a day.  Please include a cover letter and include your explanation of how to test for a specific scenario you’ve tested before. What are your processes?
