Introduction:
Our creative agency seeks a freelance Full-Stack Web Developer with a strong client focus and superb communication skills.

You will be tasked with various web maintenance and minor development tasks, and based on your performance, you may be offered opportunities for more comprehensive projects.

Absolutely Needed:
– Exceptional communication and English skills
– Availability during MST (Edmonton time zone) and in some cases on short notice for urgent tasks
– Ability to efficiently tackle both small and large web-related tasks
– Passionate about delivering exceptional work, proofing and finalizing all deliverables
– Proficient in using clean code, no shortcuts or unnecessary bloat
– A keen eye for design, UX, and layout fundamentals
– Confident and able to lead when necessary
– Expert in WordPress, working with themes, plugins, etc

General Responsibilities:
– Diagnose and deliver web-related tasks and optimizations
– Customize and maintain WordPress websites and themes
– Implement and manage multiple WordPress plugins
– Diagnose and fix website errors using custom code where applicable
– Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
– Optimize websites for speed and performance
– Ability to jump on a video chat when necessary

This is a varied web task-related position that could entail fixing page issues, installing and managing plugins, hosting related issues, custom coding, building out areas of themes, and eventually leading to building full websites.
