Scope of Work:
The primary task is implementing ongoing development to current IT projects. This likely involves both the frontend and backend components of the system.

Required Skills:

Backend:
PHP: The candidate should be proficient in PHP, as it will be used for server-side logic and handling requests from the front end.

Frontend:
JavaScript: Strong expertise in JavaScript is necessary for creating interactive and dynamic frontend components, such as scanning QR codes and managing user interactions.

HTML and CSS: While basic HTML and CSS skills are needed, a good grasp of these technologies is essential to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

API Specialist:  Design, implement, and maintain APIs that facilitate seamless communication between our systems and external applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of APIs aligns with our business objectives and meets the highest performance and security standards.

Responsibilities:
Designed, developed, and maintained APIs to support various business processes.
Collaborate with software developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful API integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues to ensure optimal performance.
Implement best practices for API security and data integrity.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in API technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an API Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
Experience with API documentation and testing tools.
Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
Knowledge of GraphQL and other emerging API technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of microservices architecture.

Hourly Range: $8.00-$15.00
