adminI am looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to create a Backoffice for a Real Estate Company. You should be capable of supporting the whole setup process from installing different tools to guide the installment of a hosting plan for the Web Application on Online servers.
The Backoffice should include a Members only Overview of all Real Estate Objects, a further detailed view with more information on the real estate objects and the available units, and an extra view to showcase the apartment/unit on its own.
The Backoffice should include a Map to display the house’s location, a downloads area to make documents available in the backoffice, and an admin panel to manage members and objects, images, etc.
– Members should be able to register by themselves but only be able to receive full access after an admin approves their application.
– Members should see the objects and make basic changes to the database entries (such as the status of the object could change from “free” to “reserved”)
– Members should be able to download documents that were added to the Real Estate Object (such as Energy efficiency certificates, floor maps, etc…)
– The Admin should be able to add new Objects by importing a CSV file with basic information but also should be able to manually modify the object in the web application.
– The Objects should include images of the objects that were uploaded by the Admin to the specific object
– The Admin should be able to approve the members or reject the member’s application.
– Members are in-house real estate agents, but we still want to approve them manually, since we don’t want external agents to pretend to be one of us and receive access to “our” objects
– Members should be able to change their basic information such as Name, Email, Phone number, Profile Picture, etc…
– We need High-security standards
A mockup has been created on Figma and is available after an initial contact point.
